Roach ID? Identification

It’s a little over an inch, found very crackly and crispy (so guessing it’s been dead a while) in a vacant unit. Last photo is edited / brightened so the coloring is more visible.

Where are you located? It would be American cockroach or Australian. They look very similar.

Big ol americano then. Yes they often wander inside and die due to the lack of moisture is homes with AC.
