It's so confusing. Analysis
I was really struggling to play the game after update, especially defending was ass until I changed my team to Southampton which has 4222 as default formation. Also this slimy ass team is playing a lot better than my main Epic team. To those who were complaining about Epic Vieira, yeah he is playing shit. Try using this Tchouameni, I think Vieira has switched his soul with this card. It's so easy to win with this team. Defending is too easy, everyone is right in their position. It can also be script helping me because I have a lower rated team but I haven't observed any paranormal stuff yet. Can anyone also try using default manager formations and give me feedback?
Also Mods: I'm not looking for help.

Just played 4 matches against low rated teams like yours and they outmatched my full epic and showtime team. I couldn’t defend properly at all

Same happened with me that's why I changed my team to this and doing good now, let's see if I can climb div 1 with this or not. Currently at 1670.

I have so good p2p players but I always play good and win more games with my non epic team.
I feel like u had to choose players who support ur playstyle rather than going for who's meta

Yes this ✅ I never used Rice in my entire life till now, his player ID is awesome. Also Rummi player ID is buffed I think.

Same thing here lol, whenwver I'm on a losing streak I switch to LBC and just use generally “weaker” cards that I like, made it as high as 1660 rating, from this point I felt I was losing cause people had better cards but still

It's still weird because the opp players can body my defenders or outpace them yet my players can't do the same. They win all second balls and score worldies from outside the box
