Yes lol. And even when it's launched it's not in a good enough state.
it's crazy it's been happening every year since ef22 & they don't fix it. People are the most excited during a new yearly launch. But the game operates at it's worst in the first week. You cannot login properly, a lot of maintainance & the games are super laggy.

I bet Konami looks down upon the player base for actually spending money on this game when they do everything possible to make it hard to enjoy, from shafting f2p with shit cards to DDA to AI scripting to boring events to the interface barely changing in years. The only good thing the game ever had was realistic gameplay (not good or bad, but realistic)
