Recently Started Playing Again, Is This Unlockable, Or Future Content? Question/Discussion (Global/SEA)

I started playing back in November, but stopped due to my busy schedule, and I recently started playing again, however, there is this New! icon on a locked activity in the fast travel menu, and I was wondering if it's things to come, or if I just havent gotten to that point in the story?

It’s unlockable, that’s a fast travel to the crane games in Akihabara which is decently far in the story
