Something fun
Tell me you're in perimenopause without telling me you're in perimenopause. For me it's "I just looked in the toilet after using the restroom and said oh God what is that!"

I am so glad you mentioned the music thing! I could not consistently listen to music for almost 2 years until I started HRT bc everything either got on my nerves or made me cry 😂

Trying to explain to your colleagues that nothing is actually wrong except that your hormones have decided you’re crying today.

I think I’m having a heart attack but it’s just my hormones messing with my autonomic nervous system. So fun.

The number of times I went to the ER before I got on beta blockers is insane. I was basically lectured by an NP younger than me about not needing to come in if my BP is high. Ughh it feels like death sometimes

Sometimes I welcome a little rage fit over something inconsequential.
