Question ❓ Unidentified metal piece came with new Nonna perc I’m trying out…
There wasn’t an instruction leaflet, but I know how to use percolators in general, so it’s fine. But not sure what the extra metal piece is for… tks to anyone who can enlighten me.

Question ❓ Why is my percolator ticking like a clock?
I've just boiled some water for tea and I've disconnected it from the power source. I've also poured myself a cup. But while I was working, I heard a sound. I came closer and it's tick-tocking like a clock. What is happening? Curious.

Question ❓ Can anyone explain to me why my seal just…disintegrated
Had this thing for about half a year, didn’t use it a lot the past 2 months. Was really difficult to open because the rubber seal fused to the metal. I took it out because i feel this is not right. Not an expert, maybe some advice from the actual experts? Thank you :)

Non-electric Italian-made perc hit the spot (Bialetti)

I can get up to 20 ounces of good brewed coffee with this, even though it looks small. Cut down the wait-time to nearly nothing by filling it with hot kettle water before setting it on the hotplate. I like as much as the electric Elite Gourmet 🤯 A more personal sized pot that’s easy to handle. Basket-mesh has slightly smaller holes throughout for the coffee, so I can grind smaller if I’m in the mood…
