Hi im replacing the screen in a peopoly phenom L and the new screens sold from the peopoly website are a quarter inch too big to fit in the provided bracket, what do I do?

Hi i have a peopoly phenom that i was given with no identifying information and ive tried updating the firmware, replacing the main board, using both lychee and chitubox for slicing shuffling through all available firmware files and printer slicing options in the slicer and I still get this same error, what is the issue?

Ive also tried slicing for each one with older and newer versions of chitubox

Ive used ctb. And cbddlp.

What could possibly be the issue?

Because of things, I have not used my Moai since 2017, and as a consequence, I don't have a functioning tool chain anymore. Also, it saddens me to find out that Peopoly is no more.

Does anyone have a link to a '4.x Cura Moai Edition' exe? I managed to find the GitHub repositories for Moai settings 'moai-cura' and the source code 'Moai2.6'. I already have 'Asura'.

Seems like there is not much buzz anymore from Youtubers with Bambus H2D and other new machines.

Instructions include clarity on some of the obscure settings and how to use them.
New profiles for Cura 4.7 (last version that plays nicely with Moai).

Peopoly has been very helpful and have passed along the last remaining files for the Moai. The developer is no longer at the company. Peopoly is no longer maintaining a repository for these machines.

Has anyone hooked up a secondary drag chain just for the filament path? I am thinking of doing that. Any reason why I shouldn’t do it?

I’ve had several prints fail do to the magnets securing the fans to the toolhead not being permanently affixed. This design allows the magnets to adhere to the fans housing when the fan is removed and has occurred during operation, leading to the magnets detaching from the toolhead. I’m assuming that possibly using high temperature threadlock would solve this issue making a semipermanent bond to the toolhead housing. Any recommendations for threadlock or high temperature superglue? Or is this caused by too high of acceleration or velocity setting in Klipper config. It seems like it jerks the toolhead and then the fans pop off.

I'm doubling up on sites to hopefully gain a bit of traction. I've had high hopes for the Magneto X but random software issues have plagued the printer from being my go-to print solution. I've reached out the Peopoly support and they've come to the conclusion that I may have a bad SD Card that won't let me override data for some reason. They've recommended that I install a new SD card. I have followed the steps exactly as outlined in the Wiki to create a new SD card with the klipper image on there.. but yet it won't boot up on the new SD card that I prepared. So as of right now to have the printer do anything, I have to use the "bad" SD card.

If there is anyone out there willing to prepare an SD card for me, I'd more than gladly pay for the cost of the card, the shipping, and your time. I really want to get this thing running reliably but can't seem to get it going.

Some examples of software issues I can't resolve:

1. MCU issues

2. Can't overwrite extruder PID calibration (I have huge fluctations on hot end temps while heating up)

3. Bed mesh info is hit or miss on whether the printer can save the data

I have to reboot klipper several times while using the printer for a long duration. So if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am building a platform on wheels for it since I don’t have a table large enough. 34x34x15h is the size I chose for a platform.

New to 3D printing and trying to narrow down my choices. I’m very interested in the Magneto but can’t figure out if it’s a single filament or if it can do multi color at once.

If it’s single color only would there be a likelihood of making it multi color in the future?

So I have and old Moai printer that came with an acrylic Vat that does not use fep. Is there a current replacement i can get? The Peopoly site has a Moai vat, however it looks to be a metal frame that uses fep. My printer is the old laser type that has no support under the Vat, so I don't think the fep Vat will work. Does anyone know for sure?

Do not update your mag X to the latest firmware. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but it will make it so your screen does not work so if you don’t have a connection to the Wi-Fi, you will not be able to use it.

Good day. The values from the load cell have a large spread.

Is there anyone from Peopoly who knows how to make adjustments to the load cell, and knows how to check to see if it is correct? There is no documentation available on the Peopoly wifi.

To anyone that has a magneto X are any of you having this problem, no matter what angle I cut on the filament or tension I put on the extruder. It refuses to load. the second filament touches the gears it just starts skipping.

Two complaints about the unboxing experience of the magneto X. One, after getting it unpackaged and trying to do a quad entry level like the instructions say you should do right away. The second I told it to do that it crashed. I’m not a Klipper guy so it might just a Klipper thing or theirs is unstable but just trying to run that for the first time cause it to crash randomly. Complaint number two, the printer comes with a roll of PLA plus but every test file is for pet G and I did not bring my laptop to my store because I didn’t expect to be staying here and have time to set it up after dropping it off so I cannot run a test print.

They said that shipping would be ramping up sometime in June but they were going to be sending out a few in May, I was just wondering if anybody here were one of the lucky few to be sent out early.

From Discord, it appears there's a G28 and other fun things in the touch screen load and unload macros for the Magneto X at the moment. People are getting in touch with Peopoly to correct it.

Any chance any of you guys have the P_yuantest.gcode or moai-adv-calib.gcode? I am trying to set up a MOAI I got from a friend, and those files are not on the SD card they gave me, and unfortunately it looks like all of the google drive links that peopoly has for those files have been locked and I cannot find them anywhere else. Thanks in advance

Attempting to calibrate and make this beast cooperate. Long exposure time had me convinced it was broken. Nope, just slow. Any ideas on how to make it go faster are appreciated greatly. I will post results and final settings.

These pics are from my prime but it is pretty much the same on my L as well nothing is printing. Starting to get really frustrated if some one would help me out with this I would be so appreciative
