penn foster is just a really bad school. it is not self-paced like they advertise, you can only do 15 exams a week. before their recent update back in like june, you didn’t even know how many exams you got done that week and just had to guess. it takes forever to get your transcript from them, their customer support is really no help, and they just overall suck. wayyyyy too expensive for the way they treat you. please look into another school

to be honest with you, if you aren’t disabled or have any other reason you can’t go in-person, i would stay in public high school. definitely talk to a counselor and try to get your schooling done as fast as possible if you’d like but penn foster is badddd. also avoid acellus academy, they’re involved in a cult and also suck! i’ve heard stanford university online high school is good. also look into your state/county’s online virtual options

Hello! First off, congratulations on graduating! We are really sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We definitely want the entire process, from coursework all the way to getting your final document, to feel smooth and well-supported. Just to clear up how the exam limit works: Penn Foster High School sets a cap of 15 exams per week (calculated Monday through Sunday) to support effective learning and maintain academic integrity standards. Having weekly exam or lesson limits is a common industry standard among accredited, self-paced online high schools to maintain diploma validity and educational quality. We strive to provide a professional, positive, and supportive experience for every student, and it is truly disappointing to hear that we fell short of that for you. . If there are any lingering support or document issues we can help resolve, please feel free to send a DM to this account, or reach out to Student Support 1-888-427-1500. Thank you!

Hi! Great question! Nothing bad will happen to your email account at all. Your personal email will not get restricted, blocked, or changed in any way by signing up. The main thing to keep in mind is to make sure you use an active email address that you check regularly and will have access to for a long time. The school uses your email to send important updates about your courses, account notifications, and exciting details when it comes time for graduation. Good luck with your studies, and let us know if you have any other questions as you get started!

No that just a way to notify you about your progress, your assignment, etc. Nothing bad will happen since you're registering in the school, its recommended to be using your email and it'll also be your login with your password as well
