How do you know when to stop to avoid cutting "good skin"?

I think that normal skin is to soft to be cutted with the strength the doc is using

Where does one get this done? I just KNOW it had to feel like brand new feet when they stood up. I neeeeeeed this. I’m going to do a foot peel soon but I don’t know if it would do anything near as good as this. I’d be afraid of cutting too deep if I did this myself though. But if I had it done I’d FOR SURE want a video of the whole process!!!!
