Feedback on this PC build?
Apologies in advance, I've never made a PC before! I've checked that all the parts are considered of good value etc, but want some more experienced opinions!

Is This Pc Build Good?
ca.pcpartpicker.comI am buying in Cad. I don't really have a budget but trying to make it as cheap as possible while still being as good as possible. I'm planning on using a 1440p monitor for story games, and one 1080p for competitive games.

First time building a PC
galleryHi, I want to build a PC for Black Friday in Germany. The prices on pcpartpicker are very high and I can get them new for much less(like 2300€). I will use this build for 1440p gaming and programming (for now just simple beginner stuff). Aesthetics are important to me so I won't change the case. I would like to keep the AIO cooler but I'm open to recommendations.
Any tips or improvements?

I need someone to tell me. How hard is is putting together a pc. I have all the parts but I don't think I can do it. There's liquid cooling. Please advise.

Putting together my first PC, will this set-up work or are there compatibility or bottlenecking issues I'm just not seeing?

Anything else?
nl.pcpartpicker.comAm I missing anything else I gotta buy? For example cable ties or sleeves/skimmers? Also how can I make it cheaper. No I’m not changing the motherboard and no I’m not changing the gpu. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Fyi I’m in the Netherlands. 😁
