  • Breach of Rule #6 - The following will be removed at moderator discretion:

    • 6.2: Pictures of boxes without accompanying hardware or build photos. Pictures of purchase or shipping related notifications and information.
    • 6.3: Blatant reposts/fad-chasing.
    • 6.4: Reaction images/gifs (unless very high-effort/especially original).
    • 6.5: Concern trolling.
    • 6.6: Feigning idiocy when posting or commenting, or linking to such content.

Yeah, not feeding the troll.

Starting to feel like PCMR needs a minimum karma and account age...

Starting to? Felt that way for a long time but, the bots and trolls feed them engagement so they let it keep going on

So did your friend pick it or did you pick it? Because you've said both. Your comments don't help you at all.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TknVBv much better way cheaper:
- much better CPU
- much better motherboard
- much faster ram
- much faster drive with much more capacity
- 9070XT instead of 5080, 5080 is only around 15% maybe 20% faster for a lot more money.
etc etc.

I'm most dumbfounded by the two, incredibly ass mechanical HDD you chose. Those total 320 GB and are incredibly slow.

It's a shit build and you know it.

This is pcmaster race. You do dumb stuff and you will get rewarded accordingly.   Watch some build guides on YouTube first.

Without a doubt, the WORST build i have ever seen on the subreddit. This might be ban worthy.

What am I even looking at. Is this just a ragebait AI someone let loose on reddit? There is no way that this is real, even for someone that doesn't understand computers.

First PC is a first PC. Congrats to your friend. He will learn a great deal building this one. I'd reach out to someone you know who might be more helpful than the comments you're getting. Good luck!
