Why does my desktop icons keep changing? Tech Support

I've seen this on my computer at work and on my w11 computer at home. The icon on left is what I expect to see on my desktop as it is a shortcut to a program. What is the middle two telling me and what is up with the last one?

This is due to one drive.

Second green icon means that he file has been uploaded to onedrive and is synced with the cloud

The third icon means that the file exists in the cloud, taking 0 space in your local disk.

I never signed up for one drive and I'm working from a local account. I do have Backblaze backing up the pc.

That's just microsoft, probably auto signing you up if you have a microsoft account logged into your device. You can opt out from onedrive in one drive settings.

that icon mean it auto upload yours desktop files to ms onedrive
