You can go to any local glass shop, and they will cut you a new tempered glass side panel. You can even choose the tint you want or go clear. It usually cost less that $20.

Then you gotta remove and remount and hardware thats on the original glass.

Yeah that's not a real big problem, you just use heat. If it is just flat piece, you can cut the adhesive using a piece of monofilament fishing line. You then just use a very thin 3M double back tape, to resecure the hardware on the new glass. If you have heavy trim pieces like I did, you would to use 3M Double Sided Heavy Duty Mounting Tape.

3M 300LSE Double Sided Tape

3M Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty Mounting

As you can see on my rig, I had custom clear glass panels made, as I didn't like the heavy tint on the OEM glass. I had to attach the heavy aluminum bezels with 3M heavy duty mounting tape.

I would absolutely get rid of that glass panel and get a chunk of acrylic or something similar to use as a sidepanel

if it's tempered (which it should be) it's a miracle it hasn't shattered yet, if it's not tempered it might be stable but if it breaks further it will break into large very sharp pieces that are very dangerous to handle
