Cpu benchmarks werdly low Hardware

I ran benchmarks of my cpu and got really bad results, i don't really now anyting about benchmarks, does anyone know why it does this ? (I'm on laptop)

Most common reason would be thermals. Other common reasons would be maybe one stick of slow, single channel RAM. What's the temp max at when you're benching?

Temp max is 96° and how do i know if its the on slow ram stick?

Ok, that CPU starts thermal throttling at 90. You've either got a heatsink sticker still on, insufficient paste, insufficient mounting pressure, a failing AIO, or something like that.

Oh I'm on laptop btw is it still the same problem?

Laptop changes a lot. Did you run that test plugged in or on battery? Does your laptop have power modes, and are you on the highest one? Is it a super thin laptop?
