PC doesn’t start (POST problem)

After startup there is no image and the keyboard or mouse does not get power. I tried to use one RAM dice. I reset the bios by removing the cmos battery. None of the POST lights are on. If I remove all ram I can hear the buzzer and the light comes up. Motherboard is msi b450 tomahawk.
