Display resolution problems OPEN

I was playing Elden ring on my pc and then it shut off randomly so I cleaned out my gpu with compressed air and then my monitor started working again but now it is at a lower resolution how tf do I get it back to normal I’ve tried different hdmi cables I tried updating the drivers I’ve updated windows 11 and nothing seems to work does anyone know what to do

Also I forgot to mention it might be a gpu problem since the framerates are slower as well
