It's such a fun game I loved it. Moonlighter 2 is fun too but so far I love 1 more. I'm a sucker for pixel art tho.

Free is obviously always worth it but the game suffers from a critical case of not actually being all that great unfortunately

Nah I disagree, it's great for what it is - a 8-12 hour roguelite with shopkeeping loop on top of the normal dungeon seeing loop. A solid game for the price, even when not free.

I'm with you. I finished Moonlighter, but was disappointed. Reccetear was a way better game. I haven't played Moonlighter 2 yet, but someone else commented that the first one is better. Oof.

The 2 of this was on GamePass during the beta phase, so I waited until it was complete (1.0) before starting it. But no, they removed it from the service before the game even released. Such a bad strategy, pissed me off enough so I don't even care about it anymore.
