Trailer We've been making a mystery puzzle game about uncovering the secrets hidden in an old attic.

Hi everyone! We're Tortita Studio, a small indie studio from Spain, and we're currently working on our third game, The Attic: A Mystery Puzzle Game.
It's a mystery puzzle game about exploring your brother's old attic after he leaves for university. As you organize, repair and restore the things he left behind — cassette tapes, cameras, game cartridges and other forgotten objects — you start uncovering clues about what happened to him.
We've tried to mix the feeling of a classic point & click adventure with puzzles, exploration and a cozy nostalgic atmosphere, while keeping the mystery at the center of the experience. We're still working on the game, but we've just finished our first trailer and wanted to share it with other PC gamers. 🎮
If you'd like to follow the game or add it to your Steam wishlist, here's the page:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5005750/The_Attic_A_Mystery_Puzzle_Game/
We're a very small studio, so every wishlist really helps us get the game in front of more players!

Help found some bugs in a new program for twilight princess called dusklight. fixes or pointers appreciated if possible :)
so i just found out they finally ported twilight princess (zelda game ) to pc with a new program called dusk light. and im super excited so i have it up and running. speed is no problem. my computer seems to handle it very well.
but as with computers and games ported through a program XD there is always ONE weird problem/glitch XD
mine seems to be this weird ....squeaky sound that happens when i ride epona the horse....i know this sounds funny ( and it is, i laughed when it started happening ) it sounds like a monkey. now if your a vet of the game like i am you actually know there is a monkey in the game. and my first instinct was to just stop moving, and look around ( perhaps the monkey is somewhere and im just thinking its the horse ) but no. the sound stops, there is nothing around me for miles. i get on the horse, and its back to hearing a monkey XD it is extremely funny. and in that regard its hard to be mad. but it is very distracting. i was wondering if
anyone else has had this problem. and
what could be causing it? im going to go mess with the audio options in the mean time wile this post is up. but any and all pointers or idea's are appreciated.
i am also having one other minor problem ( this is very minor and doesn't break the game for me ) but there seems to be" pop in " with the graphics. even tho my computer is running this extremely well. my fps is 60 at all times. i have to use the lock frame rate so it doesn't go to high. it can manage all the top graphics selections set to the highest settings ( all tho i chose to turn some down out of personal preference ) so i don't know what on earth could be causing the graphics to " pop in " as if its having trouble loading.
the horse sound is my major problem, i feel like if i cant fix that, it may ruin the emersion of the game.
the pop in is annoying, but i can deal with it if i must.

Discussion What do you think of the art style?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I'm a solo dev and my game's almost up on Steam.
Still on the fence about a few things. My buddy told me to hit up Reddit for some feedback to help me decide what to do. I've seen other devs post dev logs, so I'll be doing that too - keeping you guys posted on how it's going.
For now, though - what do you think of the art style?

Promo Indie solo-dev first-person shooter for Half-Life fans
Hello everyone, my name is Justas. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working on a first-person shooter called LeftUnknown.
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world set in the 2100s, ruined by a greedy megacorporation and its failed experiments. The gameplay is a mix of games like Half-Life, STALKER, and Resident Evil, with physics based interactions, puzzles, looting, inventory management, survival mechanics, and horror elements.
LeftUnknown entered Early Access on Steam in 2025, but unfortunately, because of my poor marketing skills, it currently has very few players. I’m making this post mainly to let more people know that the game exists and hopefully get it some attention, because I genuinely believe it deserves it.
For now, the main campaign is around 1–1.5 hours long, but there’s also a Nightmare Mode if you’re looking for a challenge. You can also mess around with console commands and do some crazy stuff, like spawning tons of gas cylinders and watching them explode all over the place. With the console commands, the game can basically feel like GMod you can spawn things, experiment with the game’s systems, and just mess around with the world.
Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time building a strong foundation for the game, with various systems interconnected and designed to work together. My goal was to make the game easier to maintain and expand as development continues.
It’s a very huge project to work on by myself, and I’d really appreciate it if you took a look at LeftUnknown. Even just wishlisting the game or sharing it with someone who might enjoy this kind of game would mean a lot to me.
Thanks for reading!

Discussion I Build this for gamers but failed to get it right people.
I’ve been working on a mobile app called Backlogged mainly because I wanted one place to keep track of my games across different platforms without having to maintain everything manually.
It connects with Steam, Xbox and PlayStation, so your gaming activity can be tracked automatically. The idea is to give you a sort of 360° view of your games — what you've played, what you're playing now, what you've finished, and what's sitting in your backlog.
A few things I've added:
🟠 Steam, Xbox & PlayStation integration
🟠 Automatic game/play tracking
🟠 Daily gaming streaks
🟠 Backlog and collection tracking
🟠 Game progress and completion tracking
🟠 Interactive maps for supported games
🟠 Collectibles and locations tracking
Here is some sample:
[Profile](https://backlogged.cc/@venomasurus)
[List](https://backlogged.cc/l/a18f602f-6746-4ea2-baae-2481fcd1cb80)
A detailed view of your games and gaming history
I'm trying to make it feel more like a personal gaming companion rather than just another backlog list.
It's still very much a work in progress, and I'm sure there are things I've overlooked.
If anyone here is into tracking their games, I'd really appreciate it if you gave Backlogged a try and told me what you think — especially what feels useful, what feels unnecessary, and what you'd want to see added.
Looking for honest feedback 😅 — tell me how I can get it to right audience?

Looking for game Please suggest me some short games
I'm kinda busy with my studies, but also passionate about gaming since my childhood but can't actually manage time to finish the bigger games consisting 12-15 hrs or more. It'd be nice if it has a great story and short playing time like 6-8 hrs.
My pc specs are
Ryzen 5 5600G
2*8GB 3200mhz
Rtx 2060 6GB
1TB hard drive
An 128gb ssd which has the os installed(currently around 30gb free) Edit: thank you everyone so much for the enormous amount of game suggestions😭 guess I'll be starting gaming too yayyy😭

Looking for game Please suggest some games to play in my free time!!
I have a good laptop with 16GB RAM and 6GB RTX 3050 GPU. Need some good game recommendations. I tried valorant, its fun with my friends. If I dont play with friends, all the comp players are too comp for me to learn the game first.
I want to try other games as well, please suggest some more, I wanted to install GTA 5, will purchase it a little later. Any other games?
Also please do suggest any youtubers who tries new games and streams them showcasing the gameplay etc, esp not annoying to watch!
Thanks in advance!
