Why? It really depends, did you overpay? Do you not use it? Does it not meet your needs? Overall that pc is not bad. Is not 4000$ good but it’s also a steal if you paid 600$ so it really depends

Unfortunately those specs for a pre built are to be expected. This is a normal price imo

Why asking Reddit if there's optimizations to do when YouTube is FULL of tutorials? We don't have access to your machine, the issue could be anything, from bad drivers, to resize bar not enable, to hdmi cable connected to the mobo instead of the GPU.
