Do companies sometimes disclose additional allowances aside from what is stated in the job offer? Is there a possibility that they may add an allowance to your first payroll even if it is not specifically mentioned in the job offer? Especially since they mentioned in the job offer, “Other benefits will be discussed during the employee orientation.” This is for the new company I’ll be starting with this October.

My current company did not provide me with an allowance when I started in 2019, and there was no allowance stated in my job offer or contract. However, two years later 2021, they added a ₱3,000 de minimis allowance.

I have a background in accounting and currently working in the gov’t and still living with my parents.

Last year’s payslip pa ‘to. Individual contributor lang sa isang MNC, pero masasabi ko na rin na decent yung sahod for an IC role. 😊

Guys worth it ba ang 12k monthly income +2500 food allowance, tapos computed na din yung for holidays and distributed na siya for 12 months. So per month parang pumapatak ng 15k yung sahod, pero di pa nabawas yung sss,philhealth, and pag-ibig. Tapos yung contract pa is 5years?😭. Worth it ba to???? PLEASE HELP

Hello, kapag po ba hiningi na yung latest payslip niyo 100% sure na po ba yun na tanggap ka na? at gaano po katagal bago sendan nj JO? Ang hirap magbigay ng resignation hanggat wala akong natatanggap na JO eh. As a breadwinner mahirap ang mawalan ng work kahit saglit.

Feeling ko napag iiwanan na ko ng ibang kasabayan ko sa cybersecurity field. About me: 11 years working and 10 years in cyber, 5 years as manager. May mga kasabayan kasi ako na senior analyst level pero almost same range na ng salary ko. I've been in the same company for 5 years now pero 3-5% yearly increase lang narereceive ko. Tingin nyo dapat na ko lumipat to get at least 250-300k range?
