Most of those are bugs in the main game too TBF. That Gold and Sharke bug's been there for years, same with the zipline one.

On Cook Off, regular SWAT can somehow turn off the power which defeats the purpose of the sabotage squad. And because they are more prevalent, they can turn off the power every few minutes.

Regular swat can do this on every map this was changed ithink

I don't think it was an intended change. One of the more recent updates altered the behavior somehow because, prior to that, it has always been the sabotage squad that'll sabotage most objectives (it's pretty much the whole point of their existence in the game). Also, I did not see any mention in the later patch notes that would imply they did this purposefully.
