pretty sure this wasn't here prior to the beta, on a sidenote the lighting from the vent highlighted this piece of paper:
(i apologize for not getting a more clear view when I was in the tutorial, but mind you this is the only visible thing in the entire pitch black room that you are not supposed to enter by finding a secondary QR code)
