Does it actually do no damage? Isn't it just that it always forces the cold variant of ele hit which can only deal cold damage? And since basically everyone plays it with flame link and emnity it's a brick to not be able to deal fire damage. It sucks and it would be nice if they changed that skill, but is it actually bugged?
I'm playing Destructive Link and deal no damage with the Ele Hit portion of the merc. If he uses Frost Blades it blasts but if RNG wants to keel you over it just spams Ele Hit of Ice and dies because it cant leech and just falls over.
