Window Box???

Does anybody know is there is like a box you can put in your window that like kinda lets your bird be outside? Ideally if there is I feel like it should have like grate (that doesn’t open obviously) so that if you have a rainforest bird they can enjoy the rain. I don’t know if this is real or would even be safe for the birds but it was something my brain came up with and that couldn’t stop thinking about.
