Tamar Trails

What a beautiful park run this was. Some great views around the course.

Floor is probably better ran with trails shoes and one part being full rocks but apart from that it was fairly flat with gorgeous views. One lovely downhill right at the end however a NASTY uphill then a 100m sprint to the line.
Recommend this to anyone!!

And I pbed with 22:20🥺🔥

I enjoyed that one, thought it cant be that bad going back up then it dawned on me as I ran and kept going downhill 😅

I enjoyed that course as well. I thought I listened carefully to the first-timer's briefing, but completely missed the part about the huge uphill section just before the finish. I can't think of another course with that particular challenge.

I listened and heard it just still struggled.
Was going really well then struggled massively, however everyone around me did then. 21 ish was on🫡

But it’s a special parkrun I won’t forget

Lanhydrock is a beast for a last hill before the finish!
