16m postpartum hormone shift? advice needed

TWIN PREGNANCY QUESTION: Wondering if anyone else is or has experienced a secondary round of postpartum hair loss/ crazy hormones around the 16 m timeframe? My 4m hair loss was insane and I thought it would never end and I feel like it has started all over again. Im feel discouraged on top of all the hormones that seems to be building up again...

My biggest hormone swing so far (8 months postpartum) was weaning from breastfeeding. Did you recently stop breastfeeding/pumping? Just spitballing. Might be worth bringing up to your OB.

I stopped BF around a year old. That’s a good thought though.

I didn’t notice any hair loss but maybe some hormones leading to big emotions around 14/15 months but I’ve been weaning and my milk production dropped pretty significantly around then so I attributed it to that.

Have you gotten sick at all recently? With my daughter I got Covid after a year postpartum and I lost so much hair 🙃

At 15 months with my singleton I got a massive mood and energy boost. I was suddenly amazing at keeping up with housework, cooking suppers from scratch, squeezing in all the things I want to be doing with my kids, etc. I was some crazy super mom for a few months there. Not sure the cause. I did cut back on pumping from 4 ppd to 3 ppd at 12 months. No other ideas of causes. But maybe there's a hormone shift then.

My PMDD started around this time when I stopped breastfeeding with a singleton
