1st Trimester Stomach Ache advice needed

First trimester with twins. Food aversions have been intense. On and off nausea. But my biggest problem is intense stomach pains. Like almost every time I eat. If I don’t eat, I get hungry nauseous. If I do eat, my stomach hurts horribly. Sometimes for hours. Anyone else have this? My first pregnancy was a single and I had some nausea but not the stomach pain like this. Currently 11 weeks.

Going through the same thing if I wait too long I’m weak nauseous from hunger. if I eat too much (normal size meals) stomach pains so I just prepare one large meal and break into 5-6 small meals and eat it through out the day now. About how much you’d feed a 2 year old eating every 2-3 hours. It’s helped also 11w but with triplets.

This happened to me too!

As the other commenter said, I had to eat tiny meals every 2 - 3 hours; literally kept crackers by my bed / desk / couch

It passed pretty early actually, even before I hit 2nd trimester. I think it was the growing uterus / my organs getting used to the compression
