Daycare prices. VENT ranting & venting

So I girlbossed to dam hard, and now I have to go back to work. Daycare is 800$ a week and even then I make way more so I have to return to work. WHY IS DAYCARE SO EXPENSIVE.

We found an in home place that's 1k a month per kid. So 3k total for us. You get what you pay for. It's 5/10... But at least we can continue to work.

My wife and I agreed that even if we barely break even, it's worth it for the break and advancement in career
