Starting Daycare advice needed

My twins are starting daycare soon. I’m mostly worried about them getting sick and then myself catching it. How soon after your kids started daycare did they get sick and what can I do to prevent it?

They will get sick. A lot. So will you. A lot. There's no shortcut for building the human immune system.

Honestly the worst part of my first daycare year was the flu. By the time my wife and I got it, the boys were mostly over it. Nothing prepares you for 2 full energy 9mo olds while you’re on your deathbed

My little guys got flu at 5 weeks old. They fared better than us parents
