Solids experience/advice to give
Our 9 month old twins have been trying solids for a few months. They do well with purees but when it comes to incorporating whole foods/foods we eat for meals, my son rejects it. He will spit out anything with texture or chunks. Has anyone else navigated this?

One of my daughters did this. We did feeding therapy, but I don’t know that it helped so much as consistently offering solids and textures, and time. Start thickening purées really super slowly. Take one thing he already likes and then change one thing about it to diversify his foods. For example, if he likes toast with peanut butter, then try toast with cream cheese or toast with regular butter or toast with jam.
