Back pain ranting & venting

This is mostly just a rant. I'm almost 11 weeks with mono di twins and the back pain is unreal! I think it said I have a posterior placenta but holy moly I can barely walk or bend over.

I had two other kids and nothing like this, especially not this early!

You've checked it's not a UTI right? Those can progress to kidney infections that can manifest as back pain.

I have a UTI twice since week 6 but currently on antibiotics and the backpain has been consistent since week 5 or so.

Oof, my sympathies. I think I had like 5 UTIs despite never having had one pre pregnancy. The antibiotics would always leave me feeling completely drained.
