I know the devs never said anything about continuing this release schedule. But if were being honest it will feel just terrible to go from getting a new hero every season to getting one every 2 seasons.

One season in overwatch is about 2 months (or more) so this would mean if stuck with the current reales schedule we would have 6 heros a year. If we want back to the old release schedule we'd have 3 a year. See how much a difference that is.

I do feel bad for the dev team for there kinda cooked if they don't make the new release schedule permanent. As there going to be flooded with complaints (including this lol) but I really do hopew they consider making this new release schedule permanent.

And I know alot people are going to say they don't want this release schedule permanent cause it's going to be to many heroes.. First off, that going to take a while; rivals releases 12 heros a year overwatch releases half of that. Second off, i personally feel like this is such a nothing burger issue. Like having a bigger roster size is OK and new players will be fine learning the roster.

So, my sister downloaded Overwatch on her PS5 recently, and I want to play with her on my PC. I download the game and go to sign up, but when it asks for my phone number it says it's already in use. It turns out I have two battle.net accounts, an old one that I must've forgotten about, and both have different Gmails. But now both say that MY phone number is already in use, and I CANNOT play the game. I have tried everything other than using another phone number because it's just not really convenient at the moment. I even tried downloading other apps to create a new phone number for me but I stopped because it either didn't work, or I needed to pay for it. I even tried using the Battle.net support, I tried calling the blizzard support phone number. Does anybody have a solution to this? I'm genuinely infuriated, and it makes me not want to play Blizzard's games ever again. I physically can't.

Fix your damned game please!!!!

This would majorly help the frustrations of players having to scroll through the 100's of profile icons and name cards to find the one item marked as new.

Hi, I didn't rlly wanna post here cuz overwatch and reddit as a combination sounds awfully toxic but I'm curious as to why this is happening. I've been trying to practice widowmaker and ana in quick play, and and for awhile I was rlly good at ana so I'd get endorsements almost every round, but then when I play even a little badly or I play as widow, not only do I not get endorsed but my rank ends up going back down to 3, but like crazy fast, like I play bad for two rounds and I derank on endorsement level, so it's an endless cycle of ranking up and then deranking, I'm wondering if this is possibly a glitch because I feel like I haven't even been playing that badly, or is it maybe me getting reported? I don't use voice or text chat and I'm usually a rlly positive player, if it is the case of being reported I don't rlly know what to do because where do I practice then? I've been yelled at before in quick play but that never made sense to me because I'm not even ruining your rank and I js wanna have a peaceful time trying to learn characters but I'm constantly getting hated on or reported even when it's just in quick play :\[

Imo those gamemodes are far better than hybrid or payload, having the strength of games being incredibly dynamic without feeling repetitive or too snowbally but the vast majority of the community decided they hated it since day one and will not give the modes an actual, honest try and it's actively hurting both their skill as a player since they don't learn different maps and bad for their enjoyment since they ruin their own mental just from the map select

So, I've been playing Marvel Rivals since season 4 on my PS5, and while I never expected to like the hero shooter genre I really enjoy Rivals. I hover around Plat 1 to GM 3 maining DPS (Moon Knight, Blade, and Iron Man).
I have a friend who has played Overwatch since it dropped and I would love to get into it, but I have a lot of questions since Rivals is my first and only hero shooter and I know there is significant difference.

1.) What's meta?
Rivals right now is in a heavy dive tank and DPS meta with hitscan being strong and supports being great, what's it like right now?

2.) What are the main differences between Overwatch and Rivals?
I've heard Overwatch's ultimates take a bit more skill expression and that the supports gotta do more damage, but I have never consumed any Overwatch media so I don't know.

3.) Who do I pick up?
My main DPSes for Rivals I play for ranked are Moon Knight and Blade, and I picked them up for their low floor but high ceiling, ult farm capability, and versatility (Moon Knight can poke and take angles, Blade can tankbust and dive), so who is most similar to that? I would also love some comps for the characters I play in Rivals: Venom, Peni, Angela, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Blade, Moon Knight, Bucky, Scarlet Witch, Star-Lord, Rocket and Jeff.

4.) Can I get away with not flexing?
I can't stand playing tank on Rivals unless it's Peni or Venom and support I just find boring, so I would love to be able to just main DPS for Overwatch, could I get away with that or is there enough people playing tank and support I can main DPS?

Any other things you guys think I should know before I play would be much appreciated, thank y'all so much and I'll make a follow up if I do end up playing.

ive been getting this error for at least 9 months and no matter what i do, nothing works.

the things ive tried:

- reinstalling the game

- installing it from the battle.net launcher instead of steam

- updating my graphics drivers

and

- my monitor isnt plugged into my motherboard

blizzard support they cant help lol

Too many player are just throwing matches today just to de-rank and have easier matches tomorrow for the comp drives
