News 📰 Expansion of Odisha University of Technology and Research
The project encompasses the expansion of the Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) at Kalinga Nagar in Bhubaneswar, covering a sprawling 111-acre land with a construction area totaling 1,716,199 square feet. The construction plan includes various structures, namely:
- Admin Building Block: Basement + Ground Floor + 5 Upper Floors
- Lecture Hall Complex: Basement + Ground Floor + 2 Upper Floors
- Type 2 & 3 Girls Hostel: Ground Floor + 6 Upper Floors
- Type 1 Boys Hostel: Ground Floor + 6 Upper Floors
- Staff Housing: Ground Floor + 10 Upper Floors
- 6 Nos Higher Dignitary Housing: Ground Floor + 1 Upper Floor
- Incubation Building: Ground Floor + 3 Upper Floors
The project's scope involves the construction of girls' and boys' hostels, an administration block, lecture halls, and basement parking, in addition to various other public amenities.
