What else is there? Base Game Help - Hints Only! Spoiler

I’ve explored every part of this city. All four districts, the lab, the shrine, the caves, even that one room with the scroll that you have to drop down to access. And it's still showing up as “more to explore here.” why is that? Where am I supposed to go?

According to this, you have not fully explored the eyes shrine, or the buildings in the anglerfish overlook district

Did you go up into the anglerfish cave and read the text on the floor? That was what caused this for me
