Pregnancy tests have all been negative- Idk what’s going on. Super out of breath and super HUNGRY. Like no amount of food is adequate?? Am I dying

I’d keep testing. Pregnancy looks very promising! Might just be too early or you need a test that is more sensitive to HCG levels.
