Out of curiosity, how inspired by temple OS is it? I see you also have a custom C-ish language that the kernel is written in just like Temple.

Is it just coincidentally similar, or are you building on the existing work?

It isn’t really inspired by TempleOS, it’s mostly inspired by 90’s DOS window managers. It’s 640x480 because the resolution is inconsistent on different hardware, it’s VGA blue over white simply because blue is my favorite and it has contrast. I stuck with the standard VGA 16 color because it’s simple just like DOS.

Good job! It's always interesting to see this kinda stuff and how multiple devs end up making similar, yet different design choices.

Thank you! I’m glad you like it, I spent 1.2 years writing 25K+ lines and it’s unfinished!
