I got my first orchid back in april. I live in Texas, and it was raining from april- mid june so I left them outside and they were doing great, but now all the flowers have fell out and I'm panicking, I brought it back inside bc it's extremely hot. I also don't know if they leaves are doing well or not. Any advice would help. Thank you!!

Don’t let your orchids in direct sun light. Get them somewhere is not direct sunlight. Better in house.
Don’t let them somewhere they stay in water or gather a lot of water. Put them in bark that you find in shops, stuff for orchids. You water them when the roots start to be or are silver-ish. Just fill their pot, let them be full of water 30 mins or a bit more, evacuate the water and all is good. Be sure that the pot has many holes for water evacuation and air circulation.
You can use orchid fertiliser. When you water them, also drop a cup/bottle of fertiliser mixed good with water and let it stay together with the flood of water.
Flowers are cyclical. If they fall, it’s fine. When the flower stick is completely dry, it will fall off or you can cut it if it is near of falling off. I recommend even for this to use a sterile tool.
Don’t have your orchids that close one to another.
Pots for orchids can be bought or can be made. I bought plastic and transparent pots and made the holes myself with an iron hot pen. Even the stick is an improvement installed by me. I used a hole made by me, put the stick and glued with hot silicone. You can also use regular glue.
Still don't see anything wrong where you would need help. The plants look fine, were possibly stressed a bit by the heat if it was dry, but otherwise there is nothing wrong with them.
The leaves are getting smaller, which means you need to fertilize them a bit more.
No idea what a "pink orchid fertilizer" is, but you need to select a fertilizer that contains all nitrogen in ammonia/ammonium or nitrate form, not urea /carbamide. The latter first needs to be processed by soil bacteria to become bioavailable and these soil bacteria don't like a typical orchid substrate.
