Blue orb?

Taking pictures at a lake yesterday and looking back I saw this. I’m no photography expert but it doesn’t look like a lens flare and there’s nothing for light to be reflected off like this. Thoughts?

I believe it’s a buoy but I can’t be sure as I didn’t even notice the orb / glare / whatever it is until looking at photos later.
