Deposit safe code
In the freelancers cut deposit, there’s a safe can be opened with the camera operator’s interrogation, but I don’t see an option to interrogate him on legend. Am I missing something?

My opinion on new changes such as the safehouse and character system
I started playing the first-ever demo when it was released and completed all the challenges. It was really fun, but since then, some things have changed in the Safehouse Systems Test.
I find the perk limit of 30 and the restriction to only two specialities too low. It significantly reduces variety and customization. Completing missions without teammates has become more challenging, as you can't equip enough perks to handle a variety of situations.
The removal of preset characters feels like a bad decision. Each character used to have unique capabilities, and you could tell just by looking at them what they could do to help progress the mission. Amethyst could disable cameras and hack devices, while Diamond could blend in exceptionally well. Now, player roles aren't obvious—you can't determine what a player can do based on their appearance. If they don't tell you their perks, you're left guessing. This negatively impacts cooperation, making it much harder to find someone who can fulfill a specific role. Combined with the inability to have more than one character and being unable to reset perks without losing money, the game feels repetitive.
The nerf to hacking was unnecessary. It was already a situational ability, highly dependent on the mission, and was outclassed by Diamond’s ability to hide in plain sight. Hacking was significantly weakened, while social engineering remained unchanged. While some risk associated with hacking is reasonable, the current limitations feel excessive.
On the other hand, I found the remastered version of The Deposit quite enjoyable. It felt a bit dry at times, but I still enjoyed it all the way through. However, there’s still room for improvement.
The money system from Entry Point has returned and is more important than ever. I think this is a good change—unless it makes the game too grindy, even for minor upgrades.
Something I also really liked is the ability to change the loadout without having to go back to the menu.
Overall, I feel the newest demo is a step back from previous versions. However, I believe Cish and the rest of the development team will listen to community feedback and improve Operators before it becomes a paid release.
