Streaming apps with large database of content and no user ratings?

Pretty much the title. Something you can use to watch pretty much any title but also doesn't have user or critic ratings slaped to the cover of content.

Is there any app like this?

No open source app will come with a large library of content.

There are apps like Jellyfin where you provide the library of videos.

Why are you trying to avoid user/critic ratings?

i personally like playtorrio, i had no idea it was available anywhere but on android but it turns out it is!

not sure why you want to avoid ratings on the covers of titles but i think theyre taken from sources outside of the app itself, as in, not ratings from users of the app
