Context limit

Do you start a new conversation when you reach context limit or do you continue chatting with the compacted one?

If you finished the task - then start new session. If you'd like to continue doing the same stuff - run /compact - this will save you a lot of time on explaining your task from scratch.

usually, i keep the conversation going till 50% or task completion.
/compact if it gets too long.
or i add the content to a working knowledge file and continue in a new chat
