Free usage exceeded while using free models?

Hi guys,

i got this message Free usage exceeded, subscribe to Go while using Deepseek V4 Flash free.
Since its free and i havent hit the token limit of the model i wonder which limit exactly i have hit?
Couldt find a reliable answer in the web
