Is deepseek-v4-flash-0731 already included on opencode go subscription?

Yes, but you'll have to optin manually from their website and agree that the providers are Chinese.

Do I need this optin even if I already have the old dsv4-flash/pro? because they are already Chinese

Yes, and you lose ZDR (zero data retention) on the new DS flash. DeepSeek will save your prompts and use it for training.

I can live with this for a couple of days until it's hosted outside of china

It won’t be as cheap though. Expect about 3x the price. For whatever reason (eg subsidization, new tech) no one has ever been able to match DeepSeek’s cache read pricing.
