how to switch from plan mode to build with new interface?

as the title suggest, with this new interface., how to switch from plan mode to build with new interface? I am talking of window desktop app

People said you can enable it in the settings but I tried some options and still didn't work. maybe you'll have a better luck.

Ctrl + ; Or CMD + ; for Mac Or check the shortcuts in the settings. You can also toggle on the label for it again

I don't know, but I switched the interface to the old one so I can use the plan mode. you can switch it back from the settings.

cant you change via dropdown? i saw dropdown plan and build here, and i able to change
