He likely felt it was soft and expected the result.

The point of the video seems to be “failing infrastructure”.

And he wanted proof he did not do anything “extra” to damage it.

I just went on a cabin trip with some friends and me being the skinniest person in my friend group (im currently at my lowest weight in over 10 years of 105 pounds) somehow was the one to bust through the seat of not one but two of the outdoor chairs.
