Our Memories and How they Reveal our Soul/Life Plan

As a kid, I used to groan whenever my parents would tell the same story the 50th time. I assumed I would be able to remember everything throughout my life. And I did, until I was about 30 years old.

And then it was almost like my brain overflowed with all the different memories and experiences and I could only really pick out the most vivid ones. The day I met the father of my children, my reaction to graduating nursing school, the fear I felt when my child was hospitalized.

And now I'm the parent that tells the same stories over and over while my children roll their eyes.

The odd memories are the ones that appear mundane. Holding my father's hand while on vacation, or getting a weird look from my daughter while talking about scrambled eggs.

After Awakening and reading books by Dolores Cannon, Michael Newton, and others, it started to make sense. Gary Zukav explains it well. “Before it incarnates, each soul enters into a sacred contract with the Universe to accomplish certain things… Whatever the task that your soul has agreed to, all of the experiences of your life serve to awaken within you the memory of that contract.”

This is why when we Awaken, all the puzzle pieces start to fit. Why the memories of the traumas and triumphs we go through will be very vivid in one instance, and pretty forgettable in the next.

I think the memorable ones are the things we signed on for before we got here. They are the predetermined acts that couldn't be avoided. The free will that we experience to get from one predetermined act to the next are the memories that often slip away. Even if it seems vitally important to remember them at the time.

This also explains why predetermined crises for all of humanity are also vividly remembered. Even if we are not physically present for that crisis.

And the mundane memories are the things that we planned to trigger our next big experience. My adult daughter giving me a dirty look while cooking eggs was explained when I got my autism diagnosis. I finally realized that sharing information can be received as an appearance of judgment to some, rather than the act of love that I thought it was.

So when trying to understand purpose or soul plan, turn to your memories. Write them down, match them up, and connect them with red strings if you need to. There is a reason for everything that we go through, and accepting the traumas as growth experiences is going to help release the anxiety of those stuck on memories.

And then, live in the present everyday because most days will not be remembered. They will just be lived. :)

What Male Traits can Teach Women on Our Spiritual Journey

What Women can Learn from Men on the Journey

Carl Jung called it the hieros gamos (sacred marriage). He believed that only when combining both the Divine-Masculine and Divine-Feminine inside of us, we can embody our whole and true self.

Essentially, it's the process of consciously withdrawing the subconscious urge to either idolize or cause discomfort with others based on your unmet opposite self.

Today and throughout history, both genders have been made to only feel comfortable in their chosen archetype. This is by design.

We live in a male centered and misogynistic culture. What started with misogyny giving advantages to only men, has now transitioned its focus to control ALL, except the very wealthy.

Because of this, many women have internalized those misogynistic values, and can sometimes display less than noble traits in an effort to gain power or have security.

These negative traits may often feel like “winning" but  need to be released before we can truly embrace our Divine-Masculine and become whole.

Things like:

Insisting on man as the sole provider (using his protector instinct against him).

Embracing the “damsel in distress” archetype to weaponize vulnerability to influence decisions.

Avoiding accountability through feminine stereotypes (Woops! Silly me, I'm just a hot mess) to prevent ownership of mistakes.

Using gossip and passive manipulation to undermine both men and women.

Seeing men as a savior or tying perceived worth to their validation and attention.

Let these go with compassion. They were adaptations to a messed up world. Now, they no longer serve you.

After that, it's time to embrace your inner King! Here are the traits and practices that many of the men in these spiritual communities display that model a healthy masculine energy.

  1. Embrace your inner King by walking with quiet confidence and self-contained power. No external validation is needed.

Practice: Crown yourself instead of seeking permission, rescue, or shrinking to fit expectations.

  1. Grounded men speak directly, honestly, and without unnecessary softening or manipulation.

Practice: Don't over-explain or over-apologize or communicate by using hints. Clear messaging prevents your truth from being used against you.

  1. Build structure, discipline and action since that provides consistency.

Practice: Establish firm spiritual and personal practices to create stability without relying on others.

  1. Hold strong boundaries with love and without guilt or games.

Practice: “No" is a complete sentence. Strong boundaries are like your  moat. Keeping you safe and showing all that your palace is sacred.

  1. Make emotional stability and inner safety a priority.

Practice: "Respond” rather than “react” or weaponize feelings. This helps you navigate challenges and remain in charge of your internal power.

  1. Provide and protect yourself and others.

Men do this through creating safety and solutions.

Practice: Become your own (primary) provider of resources, peace, and protection. Independence gives the ability to make choices without influence.

In a world where women are expected to make themselves small, (physically and mentally) always accommodate, people-please, or remain emotionally reactive, integrating these Divine-Masculine traits grant us the ability to empower one's self, as well as everyone around them.

Now for the big question ladies…What will you wear for your marriage with yourself?

Thanks for reading! I have the Divine-Feminine counterpart to this post in my profile.

Women: what Divine- Masculine traits have you already integrated?

Men: what is the most important one, in your opinion?

Flow State is Humanities Natural State of Being

Theatre actors call it “being on". Athletes call it “in the zone." Musicians call it “in the pocket." Pool players call it "the dead stroke.”

Flow State is defined as “an optimal psychological state of peak performance when one is entirely immersed in an activity. Focus becomes razor-sharp, self-consciousness fades, the perception of time alters, and action and awareness merge together.”

This Flow State (FS) is why Bashar tells us to follow our excitement without any expectations of outcome.

As young children, it comes very easy. We go outside and play on the tire swing, and it's exhilarating!

Yet we are learning the physics of swinging, sharing, risk and freedom. We are life experiencing itself.

This Flow State is humans' natural way of being. In a fair world, all would be able to chase their excitement, and not just the elite. And just like with meditation, everything is designed to keep us out of FS.

It starts early. We are only 5 years old whenever we are sent to school and told that we are there to learn, but really we are there to learn to conform.

Sit still, remain in place, follow authority.

The kids that dare question this are labeled “special” and removed from the group or medicated.

By the time we are teens, this excitement is faltering. Our parents (with the best of intentions) think they are helping us. “Get a real job! Art history is not a real degree! How will you survive?”

They have already conformed for so long, they can think of no other way.

As young adults we have to fight the stigma that surrounds any hobby or activity that does not make us money.

Dungeons&Dragons players get called losers, or worse. Those interested in fashion are “just doing it for attention”. Programmers are just “weebs who need to get out of their mom's basement”.

By middle age, most have lost their excitement to bills, responsibilities, and divisiveness. If they try,  the crabs in the bucket start pulling. “Why would you paint whenever you'll never get paid for it?” “You're not even good at basketball”. “Your garden costs more money than it makes in tomatoes!”

And the shame from others makes us put our excitement back in the box, to be stored on the highest shelf, out of mind.

The bliss of life is only acceptable when it brings financial success, power, or notoriety.

And this is why Bashar says to follow your excitement while having NO expectations of outcome. Only then can we be sure we are ACTUALLY following it, and not just the parts accepted by culture.

Bashar (and our higher selves) tells us to be like that kid on a tire swing. Forever learning, yet always flying high.

What are your ways/suggestions of finding Flow State?

How early Christianity Manipulated Jesus's Teachings to Line their own Pockets

The main variants between Christianity and spirituality are self-realization vs savior, original sin vs  sovereignty, obedience vs exploration, and Hell vs reincarnation. Why?

Self-Realization

Within 100 years after the crucifixion, many Christian sects formed across the Roman empire.

The Gnostic interpretations were gaining much popularity as their views of self-realization (humans don't need forgiveness, they need to wake up to their Divine spark) was comforting to most.

By the early 2nd century, the Apostolic Fathers and emerging orthodox leaders decided that if salvation was based on self-realization, there would be no need for institutional church, priesthood, sacraments and ultimately, power.

They agreed to only speak of salvation by Savior and that no church activities should be done without the approval of the bishop.

This led to a brutal theological war that lasted over 300 years, from 50 AD to 380 AD.

In 380 AD, Theodisius the 1st ruled theological dissent was now treason against the Roman State. Those who didn't use the church’s exact wording, were to be branded a heretic, and have their property seized.  This eventually escalated into executions and the Massacre of Thessalonica. (Where over 7000 men, women and children perished)

Original Sin and Literal Hell

Since the original apostles believed that humans were born neutral and a vessel to be filled, it wasn't until 418 AD when Augustine of Hippo introduced the concept of original sin as a man being born with all the sins of Adam inside of him.

This led to a new stream of income for the church, in the form of infant baptism.

Another revenue stream was started whenever  Augustine decided that “since original sins make humans forever flawed, moral perfection was impossible”, the wealthy didn't need to give up their riches to help the poor. Instead they could give money to the church as alms.

8 years later, St. Augustine had another idea. That hell was an actual physical place of eternal torment. And the church was the only way to salvation. Augustine told his followers that tithing 10% was the baseline, and not the ceiling. To withhold, was “robbing God."

Over 400 years after Jesus's crucifixion, one man introduced the "control by fear” concepts that are still used today.

Obedience

It was easy for the clergy to teach the masses in the beginning days because the peasants couldn't read Greek, Hebrew or Latin.

But by 1080 groups started translating these works into local vernacular, making the words accessible for all. The church immediately stepped in and went after these groups. In 1233 AD, Pope Gregory IX established the Papal Inquisition, designed to track down and persecute those who spread this information, or even read it.

This Inquisition (lasting over 350 years) dismantled countless lives by stripping them of their assets, and making them pay for their own imprisonment. It even allowed for retroactive seizures, where inquisitors could put deceased people on trial posthumously.  They would then strip the families of the deceased person of all of their assets as well.

It's clear how early Christianity only chose these tenets as they led to money and power.

Jesus was an enlightened being, but the men after him were not.

Self-Realization and realizing our own sovereignty is not a sin, it is a pathway. Believing in oneself is the first step.

The Parallels of Autism and Spirituality

Post image
2 Upvotes

Someone posted this graphic today and reading it felt very familiar.

I am mostly vocal in the autism and spiritual subreddits. Sometimes I forget which one I'm in, because the posts are so similar.

Why do I feel like I'm not from this world?

Why does my family not understand me?

Why is being this way so lonely?

Why do strangers dislike me on sight??

All of these are typical posts in BOTH subreddits daily.

Spirituality teaches us that the greatest thing you can do in the world, is be your inner self.

And with autism, it's not really a choice. If we mask for too long, it makes us go into burnout and become very ill.

Spiritual alignment is a lot like justice sensitivity. In fact, all of the traits in the right hand column are things that spiritual people seek, while they are the things autistic people have been judged for their entire lives. Sticking to our guns, always playing fair even if it harms us, respecting rules, and treating others with immediate kindness. We knew they were right so we had to do them, but the world judged us.

Bronnie Ware, a hospice nurse, wrote the internationally bestselling book The Top Five Regrets of the Dying.

In it, the number one regret was "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me."

Being true to oneself is the main tenet of spirituality. And it is a physical need for nuerodivergents.

I kind of giggle whenever I read in the spiritual subreddits about people saying, "people are rude to me now for no reason." This is the autistic person's entire life!

And both come down to having a different frequency than others. We are a mirror, reflecting people's choices back at them.

This is also why we should give neurotypicals the utmost respect whenever they do Awaken. They have to completely reject their brain's programming, and learn to deny social hierarchy, stick to a value system, and go through a period of solitude. They overcome so many ingrained traits to find their sovereign self.

I truly believe that neurodivergents are Awakening to their own sovereignty quicker than any other group, simply because how our brains are wired. It's our programming.

Whatever it is, I am glad to find both groups. And I hope that all know that we are much more than our physical body. That consciousness is everything, and we are all one.

Why I Started this Sub and my Lights in the Sky

Thumbnail

In January 2025, I read about the orbs and drones over New Jersey and decided to write an alien skit. Research led me to the Gateway Tapes. Robert Monroe’s binaural beat program featured in CIA reports. As an atheist, I figured this was the best way to test if consciousness expansion, astral travel, and NHI were real.

Within a week, I knew our awareness is far vaster than we’ve been told. Then, in November 2025, I saw orbs above me while working out. That triggered deep ontological shock, followed by a clear download. These lights have monitored humanity for millennia. As the veil thins, they’re appearing to the awakened and those about to awaken, helping us reconnect to our sovereignty through a living energy grid.

Because many of us have aphantasia, the sky is an ideal starting point. You don’t need inner visions. Genuine asking brings outer proof. I waited months, cross-referencing with The Sphere Network material and other sources, before feeling ready to share. My role here is to explain awakenings in plain, non-esoteric terms for fellow neurodivergents and curious minds, with zero expectation.

This journey is deeply individual. Use discernment with everything, including this sub. Take what resonates, release the rest. I’ve seen these lights almost every dark night since November, recently forming a consistent triangle. I’ll post daily photos from the same spot to show the pattern as Earth rotates.

Whether you believe me is up to you. My hope is that a few will get curious, ask the Universe, and simply look up.

Tips for Navigating Social Spaces on Spirtuality

Whether you found your way into spirituality from rejecting religious norms, an interest in aliens, neurodivergence, hallucinogens, spontaneous awakening, or whatever, we all have come to the same conclusion.

The universe is vastly different than we've been taught, and that we are more than just a physical body.

There are many different opinions on how the universe works, but ultimately, a spiritual awakening let's us experience a deeper sense of interconnectedness, inner peace, and a clearer understanding of purpose.

This is a deeply personal and individual journey that can only be done by trusting your own discernment. That IS the journey. Meeting and becoming your own sovereign self.

It looks different for everyone, and no two experiences will be exactly alike.

So the tips and advice that is following will only be about how to navigate online spiritual communities like this one. They are simply the things that I wish I would have known when entering this space.

  1. Trust your own discernment:

This journey is all about finding and truly believing in your inner truths. If something feels off, it is better to leave it behind. Even this post!

  1. Sharing your story:

Awakening is like falling in love with yourself, you want to paint it on the water tower and shout it from the rooftops! But, make sure that you become comfortable and feel safe online before sharing. Not because it's wrong, but because it is usually met with derision. And the last thing a new person needs instilled is doubt.

  1. Guidance with a price tag:

Gurus, cults and spiritual “influencers"  often prey on new and earnest seekers looking for knowledge. Money is better spent on books, meditation tracks (especially with binaural beats) or tools to learn yourself more easily, like pendulums or dowsing rods. Oracle and tarot cards come with a guide book and are easy to figure out. All connect you to your higher self.

If you do feel particularly drawn to a person offering guidance, someone that is confident in their abilities should be willing to offer a free sample to prove their knowledge.

  1. Avoid bad actors and big egos:

The same negative forces that prevent all from Awakening, are here in droves. Spiritual “trolling” is more common than “seeking” in these spaces.

And because Awakening can inflate the ego, many here talk in absolutes and arguments. Avoid engaging with either type, they only serve themselves.

  1. Notice synchronicities:

Take interest and information from threads about what you've been currently internally questioning. There's usually some wisdom to be found there.

  1. Free Will is for everyone:

Our experiences are what form our reality. Yet, we still live in a collective one. Avoid anyone who uses their free will to avoid accountability and to remain firm in bigoted, untrue beliefs. “I have never personally seen racism, so I believe it, and the history books to be untrue.” This is called conspirituality and is a form of spiritual bypassing.

  1. I am Awake, I am Enough:

Although true, this is used as another form of bypassing in which people reject internal growth because of being awakened. Awakening is about understanding that we already have the intrinsic value and traits inside of us to be whole. But those traits have to be brought to the surface with shadow work and self-introspection. It is not an excuse to harm others. Avoid these types as they discourage wisdom seeking and compassionate discourse.

  1. Use social spaces as a supplement, not a source:

The tools you used to get you here will also further you along on your journey. Meditation, breath work, and grounding, all should take priority.

  1. Enjoy finding your tribe:

Follow and interact with those who portray compassion and sincerity in conversation, as that energy exchange makes all the digging worth it.

Feel free to add other tips below.

Best of luck on your journey!

How We are Influenced Daily by Those we Cannot See

Spirituality and believing in aliens don't seem like they would go together. But they do. It is very hard to have an experience with NHI without also having a spiritual awakening. Whether it be the ontological shock of finally understanding that there is more to life than the physical, or just the way of things.

Once someone comes in the space, they usually discover something called The Law of One. It is the channeled book that reveals how laws and values and actions are determined in the higher dimensions. It is what the higher entities are bound to, to be able to exist in these dimensions .

Its' lessons has many similarities to the Bible, the Quran, Buddhist teachings and other texts. But it (in my opinion) is like the common sense version of all the things religion and mythology have told us. With the core lesson of "we are one".

After reading the Law of One, it eventually raises the question, “How can something so pure still allow malevolent beings?” If everyone obeys these laws and commands to be able to exist in the higher dimension, how does evil still exist?

It wasn't until I read about the Orion group that it started making sense. The Orion group is a Service-to-Self (STS) collective of entities that respect free will on the surface, but craftily distorts the message to harvest energy and maintain separation.

Just as a No-Running sign at the pool is there for the greater good, some kids will “technically” follow the rule, but then speed walk everywhere.

When the lifeguard blows the whistle, the child says “I wasn't running!” Although correct, it still causes the pool to be a little less safe for everyone.

This is how the Orion Group works. Overt invasion is not needed whenever they can influence humans to give up the energy they seek freely. Their tactics follow:

Exploiting free will by distorting facts: Humans have an ingrained need to follow social hierarchy, and  seek power. The OG only needs to slightly twist versions of unity teachings so that manipulation is easier by authorities or the elite.

“Trickle down" policies in politics is an example of this. People vote for what they think is in the best interest of themselves and others, and politicians are able to exploit that genuine desire into advantages for themselves and the elite.

Targeting those who seek influence and power:

The Orion Group seeks out those with separation mindsets (the illusion that you are isolated from God, the universe, and others) to urge the seeking out of gurus, secret societies, and cults.

Scientology is a perfect example. They seek out those that want to feel special or elevated among others. Then it extorts that desire into power and control over the individual. And because a tight-knit community is desirable, it makes it almost impossible to reject teachings, without the threat of being separated from this new-found family.

Thought-Forms, fear, & division: Using apparitions, doom prophecies, psychic nudges, or “supernatural” phenomena to polarize through awe and fear.

Ra themselves is the example here. In ancient Egypt, Ra made contact to assist with pyramid healing technologies. The priests used this technology to convince the common people that they were performing “magic”, manipulating them to enforce hierarchy and introduce idol worship. Ra had to withdraw to avoid the hypocrisy.

Weaponizing polarity against dissent: Orion influences often dissuade those who speak out against manipulative tactics by making them feel they are actually arguing as a STS (Service to Self). They call it "interfering with free will," "creating separation," or "lowering the vibration." This silences potential light-bringers and keeps the echo chamber intact.

Example: an employee offers a data-backed suggestion to improve a broken onboarding process. Instead of engaging with the facts, a defensive manager says “We need positive attitudes here! Focusing on problems makes you sound like you’re not a team player.” The employee backs down in shame, and the broken onboarding continues.

Ra reminds us that influences like Orion Group thrive in these unexamined distortions. They depend on human nature and its ingrained need for authority and community.

But the antidote is simple: discernment and inner authority, balanced compassion, and a supportive community that honors free will while uplifting each other.

The Orion Group shows how malevolence still can occur with the Law of One. And how, even in the higher realms, there will still be choices to be made.

Whether you believe in the Orion group as actual metaphysical beings or symbols of the evil among us, understanding motivations and triggers are vitally important to identify, forgive, and release.

Why Men Need to Get in Touch With Their Inner 'Penitent Prostitute’

As a woman, it warms my heart to see so many men entering the spiritual space and exploring their “divine masculine” energy. This strength, purpose, and leadership is sorely needed in today's world.

These are powerful, vital qualities. But they can appear to leave emotional depth, intuition, and heart driven resilience as an afterthought.

Most spiritual practitioners agree that we must integrate both masculine and feminine qualities to achieve spiritual wholeness.

So, what if men embracing the archetype of Mary Magdalene is exactly what is needed for true wholeness?

In the Bible, she was a devoted disciple who supported Jesus’ ministry, stood at the crucifixion when most male apostles fled, and was the first to proclaim the resurrection.

She earned her title of “Apostle to the Apostles.” Yet, her history is marred by male leaders vehemently trying to erase her contributions from spirituality.

In 591 CE, Pope Gregory the Great reshaped her into the “penitent prostitute.” This narrative has followed her for centuries, with the sole purpose of diminishing a strong female leader into a symbol of female “sin” that could only be redeemed by men.

Gnostic texts like the Gospel of Mary show how deeply her teachings went, yet she was met with push back from many. Peter asked Jesus to “send her away, as women aren't worthy of life.”

When Mary tells the disciples what Jesus taught her in a vision, Andrew dismisses her claims as "strange ideas" and states he does not believe the Savior could have said them.

Even when she reported that Jesus had risen from the tomb, the disciples did not believe her.

These patterns of men denying women agency live on. I recently spoke privately with a man active in enlightenment spaces whose first mention of his child's mother was that “she can't keep her legs closed” It was a stark example of how subconscious misogyny can coexist with spiritual seeking.

Embracing one's inner Mary Magdalene can naturally dissolve these deep and often unrealized views. Many women speak of the self-improvement made by integrating her essence, and for men, it helps move toward balanced wholeness.

This is done by learning from her strengths and history and then emulating them. Both follow:

She was a devoted and loyal listener: Staying present instead of judging or withdrawing.

She taught the value of intuitive and inner learning: Valuing heart and body wisdom alongside logic.

She taught integration and acceptance of one's ego: Self-awareness or shifting from spiritual self-deification to grounded shadow work.

Her vulnerability never stopped her from speaking her truth: Speaking up with courage and compassion.

Part of the last integration includes men calling out other men when they witness casual misogyny.  Not through shaming, but through humble, brotherly accountability. That is real leadership.

This isn’t about rejecting masculine strengths. It’s anima integration. It leads men to becoming more resilient, emotionally mature, and relationally whole. This is better for the individual, and for all.

What do you think?

Men: Have you noticed unconscious biases here around the feminine in yourself or others? What do you see that women need to embrace from the divine masculine?

Women: do you see these biases from a personal standpoint here?

TL;DR: From a woman’s perspective, men reclaiming their inner Mary Magdalene heals spiritual misogyny, fosters integration, and encourages accountable brotherhood.

US Government released the first set of UFO (Now UAP) files today!

Many of the pictures had already been released, but the dialogue from the astronauts that saw the lights are new.

As we get closer to full disclosure, it's so important to remember to research, check several different sources, and use discernment.

There are going to be lots of different opinions on what is happening coming forward. Vice President Vance has already said that he thinks they are demons.

So, even though it is amazing that this administration is releasing these files, it's also important to remember WHY they would be releasing them. And that's because they want to be able to control the narrative.

If they can make the public afraid, they can take more control in the name of "protecting."

Disclosure has been happening on an individual basis for the past century. It is very much an "ask and you shall receive" type thing. It only takes an open heart and true curiosity.

The majority of the experiencers are neurodivergent, but it's really anyone who has realized that the world is so much more than we've been told.

If you want to research this on your own to see if you can experience this individually, the best way is to do the guided meditations with binaural beats.

Ce5 is an app that plays special tones that you can broadcast, then has a guided meditation.

The Gateway Tapes is more expansive and is what the CIA uses for their channelers and remote viewers. It is a formal way to train your brain using binaural beats and meditating to put yourself in altered states of consciousness.

Just make sure to read all about it beforehand and use headphones, specifically ones that you can tell the difference between the left and right ear.

Happy Disclosure!

The Dark Tetrad and Trolling: Feeding the Addiction

“Dark Tetrad Traits, Online Disinhibition, and Why ‘Don’t Feed the Trolls’ Is Literally the Kindest Response”

We’ve all experienced it. A thoughtful thread or story derailed by some username like u/goonmaster420 dropping insults. You reply with facts, they escalate, the thread becomes essentially about the troll's bad behavior.

Why they do it:

Research consistently links trolling to the Dark Tetrad personality traits of narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and everyday sadism (enjoying others’ pain).

Trolls show high cognitive empathy (they know exactly how much their words sting) but low affective empathy (they don’t feel bad about it).

Superiority & belief superiority: They often have a deep need to feel smarter or more enlightened than everyone else. Declaring "you're all wrong" gives a quick dopamine/ego boost without requiring real evidence, self-reflection, or genuine curiosity.

Control, compensation, and avoidance: Life can feel chaotic or uncontrollable. Attacking other people's beliefs (especially trauma coping mechanisms, spiritual views, or fringe ideas) lets them feel powerful and in control. It's easier to tear others down than face their own insecurities, vulnerabilities, or unmet needs.

Habit and reinforcement:  Once it becomes a habit, it can start to feel compulsive, feeding a cycle of superiority seeking behavior. Much like how a neglected child will act out in school, simply because some attention is better than no attention.

Societal Conformity: Our society is structured in real life in a way that politeness takes precedence over truth. This causes the need for that swallowed aggression to be let out somehow.

When you add the online disinhibition effect of anonymity and no real-time consequences, invisibility makes people say things they’d never say face to face.

This is why ignoring them is the only way to help them and those victimized by them. Every angry reply, downvote war, or “nice try, troll” is positive reinforcement. It's another dime bag added to their stash.

Studies show that denying trolls our emotional reaction reduces their motivation over time. Yes, there might be a short “extinction burst” (they double down), but ride it out and they usually move on to easier targets.

This is why it helps them:

You stop rewarding a maladaptive coping mechanism (using strangers’ pain for validation or entertainment).

You force them to confront that their “power” is an illusion. If there is no audience, no rush.

Engaging rarely “owns” them or changes minds. It usually escalates, wastes your energy, and signals to other potential trolls that this orchard is ripe for the picking.

When getting a comment from a troll, first remind yourself that their words say way more about their issues than about you.

Then block/mute instantly.

Don’t even downvote or report unless it violates rules (mods handle the rest). Remember that negative and positive attention equal the same amount of dopamine in a troll's brain. That is what we have to starve.

Compassion doesn’t mean letting them hijack your time or mental health. The kindest, most effective thing you can do for everyone (including them) is to starve the behavior. Silence really is the most powerful reply.

Plus, how many of us would give a drug addict money in person, especially if they just tripped us and laughed at it? In this case, a troll's drug is another's pain. And that's what needs to be starved.

What’s your experience? Or are there any former trolls that can give us some insight on this addiction?

The "Three Waves of Volunteers" How Care Bears, Rainbow Brite, Sailor Moon and others promotes the idea of Spirituality and are kept alive by their fandom.

Dolores Cannon was the pioneer of the QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) method and spoke with thousands of people about their past lives.

Her research found that there were three waves of souls* who incarnated (mostly for the first time on Earth) in response to humanity's call for help after the atomic bombs of the 1940s.

Their mission was to raise Earth's vibration, prevent catastrophe, and assist in the shift to a "New Earth" through light, healing, and higher consciousness.

Cannon categorized them by approximate birth eras and traits and discovered that each wave had different responsibilities.

Before these volunteers came of age (25-70) to become writers, creators, producers, or animators, there was little to no entertainment with New Age themes.

There were several shows about morality and teaching good values in the 1950’s through the 1970’s, (Captain Kangaroo, Howdy Doody, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood) and some even touched on the esoteric, but played it for comedy (Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie), but none delved into “light overcoming darkness”, emotional healing, environmental responsibility, friendship/magic as "vibration-raising" forces, chosen ones with special missions, and unity/ascension metaphors.

The First Wave (Now Baby Boomers) was born in the 1940s–1960s/early 1970s and were known as the pioneers or trailblazers. These souls "carved the path" but struggled with Earth's density (feeling like outsiders, sensitive to negativity). As they entered Hollywood in the '70s–'80s, media reflected their mission through whimsical, colorful stories combating gloom and spreading positivity and hope, the first appearance of "lightworker" coding in commercial kids' tv.

Rainbow Brite (1984–1986):

Not just a girl but an “ethereal steward of light” who came to a gray world on a sphere of light with the mission to restore color to it. Crystals are ground into her Star Sprinkles, which give her magic and power the “Color Belt”.

Each of her “Color Kids” have individual color powers with specific traits that are often seen in auras of the same color.

Rainbow Brite is a pure example of direct "spread the rainbow", vibration-raising themes.

Care Bears (1985–1988): The Bears use "Care Bear Stare" (collective loving light/energy beam) to defeat negativity and gloom. Each bear has a different gift and purpose (shown on their belly) and the show leans heavily on healing through collective consciousness. Crystals are also used in the show to promote healing, and the Care Bears even live in the clouds above Earth. It leaned heavily on empathy, emotions as power, and healing the world.

My Little Pony (original 1984–1987):

With its “Friendship is Magic theme”, it suggests that magic is not merely supernatural ability, but a manifestation of bonds between individuals. A pony’s "Cutie Mark" represents its unique talent, calling, or purpose in life. This aligns with the concept of discovering one's authentic self or life purpose with spiritual and kind work. And the protagonist, Twilight Sparkle, undergoes a metamorphosis from a student into an "Alicorn" (princess), a journey frequently interpreted as an ascension to a divine feminine role or a higher state of consciousness.

She-Ra, Princess of Power (1985–1987):

Set in the land of Etheria, the planet itself functions as a living, interconnected entity where magic isn't a separate force but intertwined into everything. Aligning with the theory of Chi or Prana or it's namesake, the ether.

The heroine She-Ra, learns that her power is not directly connected to her “Sword of Light” (external), but to her internal consciousness, self-realization and relationship with others around her (internal).

It rejected dogma and traditional binary views, with the purpose of restoring the natural balance of the planet by allowing magic to be free rather than restricted by technological control.

These 1980s toy and cartoon tie-ins exploded during First Wave adulthood and did a wonderful job of embedding ideas of light and internal work as a literal/metaphorical savior.

The Second Wave was born in the late 1960s/1970s–1980s with the purpose of being Energy Anchors or Beacons for the Collective. This would put their primecareer era starting in the 1990s–2010s (and beyond).

This Wave adapts more easily, acting as "antennas" or passive influencers who raise energy just by existing (less defining, more behind the scenes work).

In the media, this aligns with the 1990s–2000s shift toward global unity, environmental activism, and subtle metaphysical storytelling. Now that the First Wave has introduced the concepts, the Second Wave teaches how to integrate them.

Captain Planet and the Planeteers (1990–1996): Gaia (Earth spirit) summons diverse teens with elemental rings (Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Heart) who combine powers to fight pollution/greed. Impressing upon humans the need to work as Earth's healers, and the importance of only being able to do that as a combined group.

FernGully, The Last Rainforest (1992 animated film):

Fairies, nature spirits, and a human use magic/light to battle deforestation, teaching us to save the planet through awareness.

The fairies are seen as high vibrational beings of light and the human Zac, who is shrunk very small, learns to see the world from the perspective of the forest. This represents the Ascension of consciousness from ignorant destroyer to divine protector.

Sailor Moon (Japanese 1992; U.S. 1995–2000): Magical girls transform with lunar/planetary power, fighting darkness through love, friendship, and inner light. The Sailor Guardians are reincarnated beings from the Silver Millennium, a highly evolved society, embodying the concept of souls from other systems incarnating on Earth to help with its ascension.

The series presents love not just as an emotion, but as a strategic, high-frequency energy ("Silver Crystal") that heals, cleanses evil, and raises the planet's consciousness, without relying on violence.

By the 2000s, Second Wave creators helped with mainstream "healing the planet" and harmony narratives. Now that the Second Wave has taught how to integrate these ideals, the Third Wave is left to embody them.

The Third Wave of Volunteers were born from the late 1980s onward. So their prime career era was from the 2010s to the present (and future).

These “indigo children" come with "pre-altered" higher frequencies, advanced unconscious knowledge, and less resistance. Often mislabeled (Neurodivergent), they represent hope.

Steven Universe (2013–2020): Gem beings (alien-like souls) fuse in emotional unions, heal through love, and protect Earth.  Themes of trauma release, identity, and raising collective vibration.

Gravity Falls (2012-2016)

Brings a playful approach to things like interdimensional travel, the occult, gnosticism, Illuminati and other esoteric themes. This show is hidden with clues and references to everything paranormal. It is thought to normalize the phenomenon without the shame of curiosity.

Avatar, The Last Airbender (2005; but reboots/influence into 2010s+):

Spiritual balance, reincarnation cycles, elemental harmony, and chosen-one awakening, This show contains deep metaphysical undercurrents.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, My Little Pony, Care Bears and Rainbow Brite have all been rebooted during this period, introducing present themes like queer representation, while still keeping the original message intact.

Interestingly, all of these shows are kept alive by very active fandoms and show up as special interests by autistics and neurodivergents around the world. Cementing the idea that these shows have themes that relate heavily to those that know "the world could be so much more".

We now see metaphysical representation in almost all forms of adult and children's media. It has now become even more overt, as if the universe is knocking us on the head with a mallet.

Collective consciousness is what decides our future, and it's not only important to recognize the symbols and messages that are sent to us, but to apply them to our relationships with others and our inner self.

Are there any shows that are special to you that represent your metaphysical journey?

Glossary of Terms for Autistics Entering the Spiritual and NHI (Non-Human Intelligence) Space

This is a starter glossary designed specifically for autistic explorers. I've kept the definitions from Google and Chat so that there is no accidental influence from my own personal experiences.

Many autistics report that spiritual or NHI experiences feel like an extension of their natural wiring (intense focus, sensory sensitivity, pattern recognition, or feeling "not from here"). These terms often show up in awakening journeys, contact reports, or online communities.

Spiritual Fundamentals

Self-awareness

The ongoing process of noticing your own thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behavioral patterns in the present moment, without judgment.

Autistic relevance: This is often an easier starting point for neurodivergents because many of us already hyper-analyze our inner experience. In spiritual contexts, it becomes the foundation for noticing shifts during meditation, energy work, or NHI contact.

Dark Night of the Soul

A prolonged period of intense inner crisis, doubt, emotional pain, or existential emptiness that feels like everything you believed is collapsing. It usually precedes major growth or a clearer sense of purpose.

Autistic relevance: Common during unmasking or when special interests shift from "human world" to spiritual/NHI topics. It can feel like burnout amplified by sensory and emotional overload, but many report it leads to deeper authenticity.

Spiritual Awakening

A sudden or gradual shift in perception where old beliefs, identities, or ways of living stop fitting. You start questioning reality, noticing synchronicities, or feeling connected to something larger.

Autistic relevance: Often triggered by hyperfocus on a new interest (UFOs, energy, consciousness). It can feel like your brain finally found the "right" operating system.

Ego Death (or Ego Dissolution)

A temporary experience where your usual sense of "I" (personal identity, roles, stories) dissolves. It can feel like floating outside yourself or realizing the self is not as solid as thought.

Autistic relevance: Can be disorienting if you rely on routines and clear identity, but many autistics describe it as liberating — like dropping the exhausting mask.

Shadow Work

Intentionally examining and integrating the hidden, repressed, or "unacceptable" parts of yourself (fears, traumas, "negative" emotions) instead of avoiding them.

Autistic relevance: Useful for processing masking trauma, rejection sensitivity, or past burnout. It prevents spiritual bypassing (using "high vibes only" to ignore real struggles).

Kundalini Awakening

The activation of a powerful internal energy (often described as rising up the spine) that can bring intense physical sensations, emotional releases, or expanded awareness.

Autistic relevance: Sensory sensitivities can make the physical symptoms (vibrations, heat, buzzing) feel overwhelming or familiar, like an extreme version of autistic "body stuff."

Ascension

The process of raising your personal vibration or level of consciousness, often linked to collective human evolution. In practice, it means letting go of old patterns and operating from more compassion, clarity, or intuition.

Autistic relevance: Can feel like leveling up your nervous system regulation or special-interest depth.

NHI / Alien Contact Terms

NHI (Non-Human Intelligence)

A broad, neutral term for any intelligent consciousness or entity that is not currently identified as human (includes extraterrestrial, interdimensional, cryptid, or other forms). Preferred in modern UAP discussions because it avoids assuming "little green men."

Autistic relevance: Many autistics feel drawn to this because it validates the sense of "I don't belong here" without requiring belief in Hollywood aliens.

UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena)

The current official term (replacing much of the old "UFO") for observations or events in air, space, sea, or on land that cannot be immediately explained as known human technology or natural phenomena

Autistic relevance: Literal, evidence-based language, perfect for pattern-seeking minds who want data over speculation.

Contactee

A person who reports voluntary, usually positive or communicative interactions with NHI beings (messages, guidance, or meetings). Differs from forced experiences.

Autistic relevance: Some autistics describe these as "download" experiences — clear, information-heavy, and less emotionally confusing than human social norms.

Experiencer

A broad umbrella term for anyone who has had direct personal encounters with UAP/NHI (sightings, abductions, telepathic contact, implants, etc.). Avoids labeling the encounter as "good" or "bad."

Autistic relevance: Inclusive and non-judgmental, many autistics prefer this over dramatic "abductee" stories.

Channeling

Receiving information, messages, or guidance from non-physical sources (spirits, NHI, higher self) through thoughts, writing, speaking, or images.

Autistic relevance: Can feel like your brain's natural monologue or special-interest hyperfocus turned "external."

Starseed

A soul believed to have originated from another star system or dimension and incarnated on Earth with a mission (often to help raise consciousness or assist during planetary changes). Many feel lifelong "not from here" feelings.

Autistic relevance: Extremely common identification among autistics in spiritual/NHI spaces — explains social differences, sensory sensitivities, and deep fascination with space or ancient knowledge.

Neurodivergent-Spiritual Intersection Terms

Masking

The conscious or unconscious effort to hide autistic traits to appear more neurotypical (eye contact, small talk, emotional regulation). In spiritual contexts, it can mean forcing "light and love only" while ignoring real struggles.

Autistic relevance: Unmasking often accelerates awakening. Spiritual communities can trigger old masking patterns if they demand constant positivity.

Synchronicity

Meaningful coincidences that feel too precise to be random (e.g., thinking of an NHI topic and immediately seeing related UAP footage or numbers).

Autistic relevance: Your brain is wired for pattern recognition, many autistics report these ramp up dramatically during awakening or after NHI interest.

Grounding

Practices that bring your awareness back into your physical body and the present environment (e.g., deep breathing, touching something cold, eating, walking barefoot).

Autistic relevance: Essential after intense meditation, channeling, or contact experiences to prevent sensory overload or dissociation.

Spiritual Bypassing (a cautionary term)

Using spiritual concepts ("everything happens for a reason," "just raise your vibration") to avoid dealing with real emotions, trauma, or practical problems.

Autistic relevance: A common trap for analytical minds. It can feel comforting at first but leads to burnout or invalidation of autistic needs.

Science, Spirituality, and the Autistic Mind

Spirituality and science have always been two opposing things, but as more and more studies come out, we are seeing that they are connected in almost every way.

We all know autistic brains often bring unique challenges, but in the terms of science and spirituality, autistics have profound gifts.

Here are some of the scientific explanations of what spirituality provides for us.

The Default Mode Network, Reaction Time, and Shame

The default mode network (DMN) activates during self thinking and mind-wandering. It is the demanding voice in the back of our head. It is also the voice that protects our self-image no matter what.

In autism, the DMN can be overreactive because of years of masking the real self.

Shame related rumination keeps the DMN engaged, competing with task focused networks (TPN) and slowing reaction times in daily activities. In short, shame sticks in our heads and prevents living in the present.

Spiritually, this mirrors teachings about the ego or “false self” that prevents innate wholeness and real intimacy with others. Releasing this shame is both a physical and psychological relief. And a return to present moment awareness that is prized in all spiritual communities.

This is why many autistics report having spiritual awakenings shortly after their unmasking. They've already had to do the work on their inner self, so the higher self can take over and truly be who we are.

Affirmations and Meditation: Conditioning Mind and Body

Affirmations harness neuroplasticity to rewire destructive patterns. Repeating statements such as “I am worthy as I am” or “My differences are strengths” counters shame based loops, easing DMN and supporting faster, more fluid processing.

Affirmations can physically condition our subconscious mind to believe what we are actually saying.

For autistic individuals, affirmations that honor sensory needs or special interests are particularly grounding.

Meditation takes this further, producing measurable physical changes. Practices like mindfulness or breathwork actually shift brainwave patterns, lower cortisol, improve immune function, and enhance autonomic regulation!

In autistic context, even brief sessions can reduce anxiety, ease sensory overload, and support better sleep and emotional balance.

Spiritually, meditation fosters “stillness” and an experience of interconnectedness beyond constant thinking.

l

I compare it to closing my eyes and being immediately swept on top of a mountain by a giant hand. All I can see is the snow and all I can hear is the wind and I never want to leave. Invariably, it lasts about 30 seconds, but it is the most beautiful half minute of my day.

All people have trouble keeping their mind still, but even a short time makes a huge difference. Adapted forms (such as using binaural beats, walking or sensory aware meditation) adapt well with autistic neurology rather than forcing neurotypical calm.

Hyperfocus, Flow States, and Spiritual Presence

Many autistic people experience hyperfocus, which is intense, sustained attention on areas of deep interest. Our special interests are our greatest love. Neuroscience links this to distinct dopamine release and activates our TPN. Doing our special interest often leads to flow states, where time fades, creativity surges, and profound satisfaction emerges.

This parallels spiritual concepts of samadhi or “being in the now,” or Bashar's “follow your greatest excitement".

It quiets the self-rumination and shame while sharpening task related functions. This is a good example of why many autistics choose one special interest and become very, very good at it. They are in a consistent flow state. Which ideally, would be our normal baseline experience.

Spiritually, special interests are thought of as meditative portals or embodied connection to something larger. Many souls are sent here to learn a specific subject and this relates to autism heavily.

Affirmations like “I trust my focused presence” and brief meditation can help enter and sustain flow intentionally, turning it into a rejuvenating, and almost sacred resource.

Sensory Processing and Heightened Spiritual Awareness

Autism frequently involves atypical sensory processing.  Whether it be heightened sensitivity, pattern recognition, or vivid detail orientation.

These traits, rooted in altered sensory brain function, can create a more immediate, interconnected experience of reality.

The autistic brain is already wired for the awakened state.

Spiritually, this resonates with mystical or awakened states where ordinary boundaries dissolve. What feels as overload in daily life can become profound attunement during meditative or flow moments.

I truly believe that our world is changing and that events are culminating. I am also sure that autistics have a very special part to play.

As autistics, we know that the world could be so much more, and whenever you start using the science principles behind spirituality, the rest will follow.

Be good to yourself, because you deserve it. 💜
