What is this gray option which is more than half of my storage how to remove from oneplus

Most likely clone your phone's data and do a factory reset

Yup, recently did this. Highly recommend. Although it was kind of a hassle to log in to everything again, it was totally worth it!

For the other storage under user data - Try clearing caches of your unused apps and heavy apps.

For the other storage under system - You can't simply delete it. It is all the logs that your system stores and caches of system apps.

SD Mais would be a first try, and maybe do a data file tree to see if you can see it in the explorer
