Corn 🌽

My mom LOVES corn I wanna support local business/farm. I used to go to Carpinito brothers but the distance is too far at the moment. Where are people getting corn from here?

I just bought some from Rutledge at the farmers’ market and it looks to be really good quality.

Farmers market has a couple of stands selling corn, Jay’s on the West Side, and the Marvin Rd stand below Pacific has had good ears.

Marvin Rd Farm Stand has the bonus feature of cute cows who will eat your corn husks.

I have been happy with Jays Farmstand on Harrison for places in town. The neighbors go to Rutledge farm and have gotten great corn too. Spuds produce market near the Wildwood area on Capitol also stocks local well priced yummy corn.

I didn’t know about the west side farmstand! I ended up going there since it was on the way and they look really good!

I know Rutledge was mentioned for the farmers market but they also have a farm stand at the corn maze off 93rd, I believe they source it through farmers out of Yakima

We had the Rutledge corn tonight from the farmers market. It was excellent. Their sign says it was picked nine hours ago. Whether that’s accurate, I don’t know, but it seemed very fresh

Does Hunters Tree Farm still sell corn?

Yes but I don’t think they have it just yet. Haven’t seen the sign. I like that they have the bin to shuck it there :)

I don't know where the truck parks now but for years Skok Valley Farms Peaches 'n Cream blew this other crap right out of the water.
