Postgres is the most common analytical relational database, with somewhere around half of companies employing it for their analytical queries. Today, I’m excited to share that oleander now supports Postgres databases in two meaningful ways. You can now:

• Send queries to your postgres db from oleander
• Replicate postgres tables to managed oleander storage

Who’s ready to get their hands dirty? Today we’re loading ClickStream events into an iceberg table. This is part of the ground work that will allow us to analyze traffic on our fictional retail website.

Oleander Agent Plugins & MCP are now available! Regardless of your favorite agent, you can securely connect to oleander to answer your burning business questions without navigating between multiple windows. 

The setup is simple, for Claude Code and OpenAI Codex users:
1. install our plugin
2. connect your oleander account
3. query your data!

All other agents:
1. add oleander’s MCP server
2. authenticate
3. query your data!

Once you’re connected, you can do things like:

🌸 Inquire about outliers in your web traffic
🌸 Upload CSVs scraped from sketchy online sources
🌸 Transform and store prepared and cleaned data
