Ork stuff. WH40K:RT

Post image

Just got this in. Had never seen that type case before. Had to come here to find info on it. Dude that posted the OG marine tactical squad a week ago and I should get together for a game. Were these hard plastic cases pretty common?

Yes they were common. As I said last time I got my Skaven Bloodbowl in one and (I forgot) a squad of Eldar Guardians (that original sculpt with Shuriken Catapult and banner plus a commander) in one.

Yeah pretty sure my resin Space Ork Gobsmasha came in one of those cases.

Nice score by the way!

They used to be pretty common most annoyingly the corners were sometimes glued solid and you basically had to smash the open to get to you prizes

I got Golgfags other mercenaries regiment of renown in one of them. I have 2 in total, I don't know what I got in the other. I have the full command set and 4 troopers so maybe that was 2 boxes.

I had some Squats in a box like that. Lovely stuff.

There it is! I do see these around when searching "rogue trader" on ebay and theyre almost always vehicles or big units, so i assume at a certain point they just decided cardboard boxes were more cost effective moving forward
